Praise be to God, the Almighty, the Unique and Peculiar and the Beneficent from whom come mass of dignity and servility and that Supreme Sole who obstructed all courses of necessities of man except to his own and determined good morality for us and outpoured immaculate era through.
The nonpareil deliverer and the healer to all desperate Souls, who chooses the best for us all so that we may enjoy them in the scintillating lights of his holiness . We are grateful to the  Lord for having consecrated us with rendering our pure services to the sacred political system of the Islamic Republic of Iran as well as the huge economic institution of Bank Melli Iran, that has endeavoured his attempt for the past 78 years to fulfill the banking necessities of our people and the government and certainly contributed a leading role to the development of the Islamic Republic of Iran by consistently making highly effective contributions to the country’s economic infrastructures.
All along the stages of the aforementioned efforts, this Institution has most closely adhered to living up to its reputation and for trustworthiness.
In line with its endeavors to remain fully truthful to the motto of , BMI the nameyou can trust every where and every time , it has, while taking the prevailing conditions in and the requirements of  the country into considerations , exerted its utmost effort to embrace a vast range of the latest innovative approaches and scientific findings in order to provide a wide range of services by employing the most up to date communicative and electronic means with the purpose of realization of better and faster results to attain its objectives By the same token, we have, in line with the said efforts, tried to keep all relevant costs at the most possible minimum, while endowing the same with sublime qualities worthy of the position of our customers on the general scale.
Under the aforementioned circumstances, the most pressing assumption for us is that we should, through adopting new approaches, that are synergistically compatible with the requirments of the time and by keeping an eye on the highly competitive nature of the contemporary markets, to initiate and live up to the essential requirement for our providing the relevant services.
We have concluded that in order to bringing realization to the said lofty ambitions entertained on our part, we are to remain adamantly committed to constantly Promoting our ways for catering to the needs of our customers ,while maintaining a hawk-eye on our differently adopted and practiced approaches for providing better services to the customers.
What is of most imperative requirement  to the said end may only be realized through bringing  full satisfaction to the requirements of our customers.
Our new ways for bringing  full satisfaction to our customers through our services may, therefore , be regarded as the most vital bases on which we have built the structure of our bank.
The undeniable fact remains that the most basic requirements for the survival of the Bank, remain tightly linked to bringing satisfactions the needs of our customers lock ,stock and barrel.
Providing the most respectful interaction and communication with our customers , therefore constitute the most fundamental base for our luring , attracting and safeguarding the allegiance of our customers for our services.
In a similar vein , we strive hard to  avoid referral practices to executive ones on our part as well by deploying some highly transparent , consistently –natured and most timely approaches in action.
The said developments improvements , which are most dominantly in place and imposed by the prevailing conditions sand time, may not come to pass at all unless we remain bravely in tune with the pertinent changes and face the exacting challenges in our way by availing ourselves of constantly growing experiences, steadfast faith in our ways and manners , while remaining fully open to consider new ideas through our fervent adherence to cordiality.
Those in charge of the different departments in our bank are well-expected to do their utmost and take all required measures in line with the instruction that have been prepared beforehand to secure the full  satisfaction of the customers in question on the basis of the previously stated ideals, while their efforts are to remain in full simplicity and in correspondence with the pertinent needs of the customers.
We have now arrived at a point ,at which we must first through vehement invocation of the Almighty’s blessing on our part, employ the best we can ever muster to bring full blooming to our ambitious objectives so that we may put our bank in the most tantalizing limelight.
We pray and hope that ,in conjunction with the unswerving interests, coming from you, our dear fellow colleagues, and in view of the immediate sensitivity and urgency displayed on your part, we may set this old bank of ours on the highest peak both on the domestic and on the international scales.
